  • Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

In walking distance from your hotel, you can go to Thang Long theatre where you can enjoy traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Another option is to do some shopping, you will find plenty of shops in the old town as well as street night market. Should you wish to taste famous Vietnamese coffee, you will find many coffee shops in French style with a view to the lake. Overnight in Hanoi.

  • Day 2:Hanoi City tour and Street food experience (B, L, D)

  • Our guide pick you up at 08.00 am at hotel to start a full day city tour. We first head to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, a 1400 year-old temple, the oldest of the city and located near West Lake offering a watery landscape, the pagoda is a very scenic attraction. The next destination is the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you have chance to visit President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, Uncle Ho’s House and the One-pillar pagoda – a very iconic temple in Vietnam. Temple of Literature will be your next stop, here education and study is center point. After lunch, we will explore Ngoc Son Temple (Temple of Jade Mountain) dedicated to Confucian and Taoist philosophers and the national hero Tran Hung Dao. The temple with its famous Huc bridge isin the center of Hoan Kiem (Sword) Lake. Take a walk visiting the Old town of Hanoi, visit Dong Xuan Market and sample some For dinner, enjoy a progressive street food dinner, Hanoi is renowned for its legendary street food dishes and tonight we discover some of the city’s best – from Banh Cuon (stuffed rice noodle rolls) to Thit Nuong (chargrilled pork skewers) and popular Hanoi beer hoi and famous egg coffe later on.

  • Day 3: Hanoi - Halong bay (B,L,D)

  • You will be picked up at hotel at around 08:00 – 08:30 AM for Halong cruising trip. On the way we stop at a handicraft workshop for a short break. Enjoy the journey through Red River Delta with lush rice fields, water buffalos and everyday Vietnamese rural life. After we arrive in Halong, check-in on cruise and relax for a while. Then we lift anchor and sail to visit Sung Sot caves where we have one hour for kayaking. We will be cruising between the many lime stones and set anchor at a beautiful spot. As the sun sets over the bay, dinner is served on board with fresh seafood, salads, and fruits. There will also be a cooking class on board, where you can learn to cook some basic Vietnamese dishes. Overnight in Ha Long Bay on the cruise ship.

  • Day 4: Halong Bay Hanoi (B,L,D)

  • The beautiful sunrise on Halong bay should never be missed, especially if you are into photography. The new day could be start by a Tai chi session (if you are keen on). Breakfast will be served on the boat around 7.30 am then you will have more time to enjoy a wholesome brunch as your boat weaves through the magnificent limestone karst formations on your return towards Halong City. Upon disembarkation, you will be transfered back to Hanoi for onward flight to Hue. One stop at a workshop in Hai Duong province for lunch break. Arrive to Hanoi at around 17:00. Overnight in Hanoi.

  • Day 5: Hanoi fly to Hoi An (B,D)

  • You will have free time until airport transfer for your flight to Hoi An. On arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Leisure time. Overnight in Hoi An.

  • Day 6: Hoi An cooking tour (B,L,D)

  • Meet our local tour guide at lobby hotel by bicycle or by car. Our guide, who also is the chef, takes you to visit Hoi An market to buy ingredients for the cooking class. You then to ride to Tra Que village (a short
    15minute cycle away). You will be welcomed with a special local soft drink – “É” water or local tea. After your welcome, take a short walk around the vegetable garden to see local farmers at work. Begin to learn how to cook local delic acies including: Banh xeo, “tam huu” spring roll, “Tra Que” spring roll… After your cooking class, enjoy the foods cooked by yourself. By bicycle we return back to the hotel. Leisure time in the afternoon until dinner time. Overnight in Hoi An.
  • Day 7: Hoi An fly to Ho Chi Minh City (B,D)

  • After breakfast, we leave Hoi An for Da Nang airport to fly to Ho Chi Minh City. Pick up at airport then transfer to hotel for check-in. The evening is at your leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

  • Day 8: Cu Chi Tunnels Tour and Night food trail (B,L,D)

  • You will be picked up at around 13:30 and drive to Cu Chi Tunnels. Cu Chi is a network of more than 120 km under the ground and were built by sweat and blood of Vietnamese guerrillas to hide and fight against the rival forces. You will be introduced to many kinds of booby traps used during Vietnam War. We will take time to explain the methods of creating, maintaining and living in these tunnels as well as the special technique of hiding smoke invented by the guerrillas. The visit also includes visiting different type of underground halls, secret working, meeting rooms. You will spend an hour experiencing the tunnels with a guide. Afterwards, enjoy tea and cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war). Before finishing the tour, you can watch a short (15 minutes) documentary about the tunnel. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Freshen up and get ready for night food adventure. You will get to experience different type of fresh and delicous local seafood and typical Vietnamese dishes and desserts. Drinks are generous and you are save on back on experienced tour guide’s motobike. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

  • Day 9: Bus to Phnom Penh - Half Day Tour (B,D)

  • You will be picked up from your hotel to Bus station going to Phnom Penh (7:30 – 13:30). On arrival to Phnom Penh, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon, discover the Phnom City including: Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21), the National Museum built in 1917-18 is exclusively dedicated to Khmer arts. Royal Palace built in 1866, Silver Pagoda located within the Royal Palace compound and then Wat Phnom, an ancient pagoda stand up on the hill. In the evening, street kids turned master chefs will provide dinner at an inspirational hospitality school for the underprivileged. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

  • Day 10: Phnom Penh Free Day (B)

  • You will have a free day to enjoy Phnom Penh on your own. Recommended visits to the infamous killing field if you are interested in knowing more about the city history. The place is around 25-30 km away from Phnom Penh centre and can be assessible by tuk tuk for around 15 USD two way trip (it s roughly 45 minutes one way trip). Entrance fee of 6 USD, you will get an audio guide, which is very informative and handy, you can explore the place at your own pace. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

  • Day 11: Bus to Siem Reap - Cooking Class (B,D)

  • Breakfast at hotel – transfer to Mekong Bus for departure to Siem Reap (07.30am – 13.30pm), Leisure time till get picked up again at 17:00 for an evening cooking class and then enjoy the food you cook. You will get to visit the local food market, prepare and do your own cooking and enjoy the meal afterwards. The whole tour last for 3 hours. Overnight in Siem Reap

  • Day 12: Siem Reap Tour with Apsara show dinner (B,L,D)

  • Breakfast at hotel – In the morning departure to visit the most famous of all the temples on the Angkor plain: Angkor Wat. The temple complex, cover 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat’s five towers symbolize Meru’s five peaks, the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat symbolizes the ocean. Continue your visit to the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man’s creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature. We explore this masterpiece as well as some of the surrounding temples including Banteay Kdei, Sra Srong, Ta Keo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevado. Visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century); See the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk), Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Have a special dinner at the Apsara show buffet where you can sample various selection of local dishes and watch famous Cambodia Apsara performance. Overnight in Siem Reap.

  • You will have a free day to explore Siem Reap on your own until airport transfer for your onward flight.
